Is my donation tax-deductible?
MileX is not a registered non-profit organization, so donations are not tax-deductible. However, 100% of your donation goes directly to development and infrastructure costs.
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes! You can choose to donate anonymously during the checkout process. Your contribution will still help support the project, but your name won't be displayed publicly.
What's the difference between donating and paying for the Paid tier?
Donations are one-time contributions that help fund development. The Paid tier ($9/month) is a subscription that gives you unlimited searches and advanced features. You can do both, or just one!
Can I request features if I donate?
Absolutely! All supporters get priority when requesting features. While we can't guarantee every request will be implemented, we carefully consider all supporter feedback when planning our roadmap.
How do I get my supporter benefits?
After donating, your MileX account will automatically be flagged as a supporter. You'll receive an email within 24 hours with instructions on accessing your benefits. Make sure you're logged in when donating!
