Can I switch between tiers?
Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Paid tier at any time. If you're on the Paid tier, you can cancel anytime and revert to the Free tier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a free trial for the Paid tier?
We offer a generous Free tier with 20 searches per month, so you can try MileX before upgrading. If the Free tier meets your needs, you never have to pay!
How do search limits work?
Each award flight search counts as one search. Search limits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused searches don't roll over.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time with no further charges.
Do you offer discounts for students or groups?
Not at this time, but we're considering educational and team pricing options. Contact us if you're interested.
